Ever heard of Minnesota nice? In return policy lingo, that means we really (really) want you to be happy. It actually makes us uncomfortable if you aren't.

If you had a less than stellar experience with the product you received from us, we hope you'll give us a shout at [email protected] or send us a message through our contact page here so we can find a way to make it up to ya.

Ordered the wrong product? While we don't formally accept returned bags to our warehouse due to their perishable nature, we'll usually find a way to sort it out together.

It depends! In some cases, we're able to cancel an order if it hasn't been packed and shipped yet. The sooner you reach out, the greater the chance that we have to get it cancelled for you.

Go ahead and reach out at [email protected] or or send us a message through our contact page here so we can look into it.

Please note there's no guarantee on order cancellation - once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or return the order back to us at that time!

Product + Ingredients

All of our grain-based products (Oat Protein Cereal, Little Crispies, PB Puffs, Protein Oats, Muesli, and Oat Granolas) are Certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project. We’ve been voluntarily testing since 2019 and have been enrolled in the certifying program since 2021 in response to the concern of prevalent glyphosate usage in oats and other grains.

We have not yet enrolled our 5 grain free cereals (Sunflower Cereal, Grain Free Granolas) into the certifying program as those ingredients were historically considered lower risk for glyphosate usage compared to oats and other grains. In light of expanded glyphosate use recently, we will begin testing our grain free cereals immediately, with the goal of certifying by The Detox Project as soon as possible.

All of our ingredients are produced according to federal and state guidelines and safe to consume. Visit our more detailed glyphosate stance here.

Oh gosh no! We do not and will not ever use high intensity sweeteners, like erythritol, in our products. Why? We are not food scientists and steer clear of anything we can't find in our own kitchen. So as far as sweeteners go, we stick to the bees and the trees. Last but not least, real food just tastes better.

Yes, all our products are made with naturally gluten free ingredients! Our muesli products are also Certified Gluten Free by GFCO. Our Protein Oats, Oat Granolas, Oat Protein Cereal, and Sunflower Cereals use new-to-market upcycled protein ingredients which are naturally gluten free but not yet certified gluten free.

Because we are repurposing the nutrient dense byproduct from oat milk and sunflower oil producers, we have less control over the original source of the oats and sunflower. We are able to confirm the raw oats in our upcycled oat protein has tested below 10 parts per million (ppm) gluten prior to being used in oat milk production.

We also do a final test for gluten in all of our products and test to the required level for gluten free labeling. If our product is labeled gluten free it was tested to below FDA required levels of below 20 ppm. If you see a certified gluten free label on the product, gluten levels were tested to below 10 ppm.

Seven Sundays is rethinking the food system from the ground up, making cereals that improve the health of people & the planet. Our farm-level focus right now is promoting soil health, drawing down carbon and preserving nutrient density through regenerative agriculture. We are working with the Soil Carbon Initiative (SCI) to transition our entire acre footprint to regenerative agriculture practices within the next 10 years.

Our Farmer's Market Muesli Mix is a certified organic product. All of our remaining products are Non-GMO Project Verified and we purchase organic ingredients where critical to avoid processing like irradiation. Currently, our non-organic certified products contain anywhere from 10-50% organic ingredients.

No, all of our products are Non-GMO Project Verified!

Yes, our products are Kosher Certified by Orthodox Union Kosher certification service.

One of our favorite questions! Ready for your history lesson? Find out what muesli is and how it was created here

One of the best things about mueslis is the versatility. Eat it cold, hot, soaked, or right out of the bag. Check out our Ultimate Guide: How to Eat Muesli.

We regularly test our products for heavy metals. Visit our more detailed Heavy Metals Testing page here.

Sustainability + Recycling

Wait, you care about this too? This is how we know we've found "our people."

Our pouches are made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) material upcycled from milk jugs, which reduces our demand for virgin plastic. All these efforts help to lessen the negative impacts, and we're proud to be making these positive differences.

You can now RECYCLE YOUR CEREAL BAGS for only $2/YEAR no matter where you live.

Here’s how:

  1. Add a Seven Sundays Recycling Bag to your cart (only $10 $2)

  2. Fill it up with empty cereal bags (fits 75+ bags)

  3. Drop it at your local post office (shipping’s on us)

We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Ridwell to recycle your cereal bags for real! How’s that for thinking outside the box? 💛

We love that you're asking this.

While our bags are not curbside recycle friendly, we've partnered up with
Ridwell to make recycling your empty cereal pouches as easy as walking out your front door.

Did you know that we'll cover a portion of your a monthly Ridwell subscription?! As a Seven Sundays customer, you get 20% off Ridwell every single month which is the equivalent of saving about $50/year! Ridwell works with local and regional partners to recycle and reuse hard-to-recycle materials that aren't accepted by curbside programs (like our pouches) and upcycles the plastic into new building and drainage materials.

Thanks for giving a cluck about this!

Upcycling is a sustainable second chance for food loss, dedicated to using ingredients to their fullest nutritional potential, limiting waste and reducing climate change. We're partnering with farmers and processors to identify and repurpose underutilized side streams to reach their full nutritional potential, like our oat and sunflower protein.

After all, preventing food waste is the single most effective solution to reduce global warming!

We'd love for you to learn more about our upcycling efforts here: https://www.sevensundays.com/pages/eat-up
